I am a passionate K/1 Montessori teacher who grew up in Davis, California, where I attended the public school system. I come from a large and loving family, with two older sisters and a younger brother.

Growing up in a Montessori environment shaped much of who I am today, as my mother owned a private Montessori school in Davis. Being immersed in the Maria Montessori method from an early age sparked my lifelong dedication to nurturing young minds. I furthered my understanding of human development by earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Merced.

Teaching has always been a part of my life, and it feels like second nature to me, thanks to my family of educators. My approach to teaching focuses on meeting the needs of the whole child, recognizing that every aspect of their development must be nurtured for them to reach their full potential. I love incorporating creativity into my classroom, drawing from my hobbies like watercolor painting and sculpting to inspire my students to explore and express themselves.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my siblings, creating new memories, and traveling to discover new places and cultures. I find so much joy in seeing the world through the curious and imaginative eyes of children, which continually inspires me in my work. Teaching isn’t just a career for me—it’s a calling, and I’m honored to support children as they grow, learn, and discover their potential.
